All of our products (with the exception of #2166 - See-Scape) are sold on a 14 day return basis. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have received, you are free to return the product with the unpaid invoice and be under no further obligation. Please contact our office to receive authorisation and to organise shipping the return items, and we would appreciate if you could tell us how or why our products have not met with your approval. Prepaid orders will receive a prompt and full repayment. On Approval: We are happy to send materials on approval to our customers, however only on the basis that the customer accept the postage and packaging costs both to and fro, so that we are not forced to pass on these costs by increasing prices. |
